IT Program Manager | Northrop Grumman

Coordinate the full lifecycle of engineering tools for Space & Aeronautics programs — Technology Review Board selection through retirement. Manage a ~$10M software budget; built the demand case for multi-year enterprise agreements with Atlassian, Wind River, Oracle, and TestPlant Eggplant, and led the Synopsys Coverity agreement — cutting license delivery from months to days. Mentor a team of analysts.

2016 — 2021

Application Engineer/Analyst PMO | Northrop Grumman

Led the enterprise-wide desktop standard rebranding — benchmarked engineering workloads with Dell and HP across five sites, approved by all sectors. License-metrics SME across 30+ restricted networks carrying $150M+ in engineering software. Ran the sector chargeback program ($3.4M in registered charges) and analytics across a ~$20M portfolio; contributed to $806K in maintenance reductions and ~$3M in cost avoidance in 2019.
